    Step1

    Fry onion until translucent

    Step2

    Add garlic, ginger and chilli and fry until fragrant

    Step3

    Add a can of coconut milk

    Step4

    Line an ovenproof dish with a layer of leaves and cover with coconut sauce

    Step5

    Alternate leaves and sauce until the dish is full

    Step6

    Cover and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes

    Step7

    Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
